If, within the 24 hours, you do not feel you got your money's worth, we will refund 100% of your money back - guaranteed. We do ask, (although it is not mandatory), that you provide to us some feedback on why you were not pleased with your purchase so we can make appropriate adjustments, if necessary. Because we offer content that can be immediately useful to our customers (cram sessions etc.), we do not generally offer refunds to individuals that have had a membership for longer than 24 hours. With this in mind, however, customer satisfaction is still important to us. Therefore, even after 24 hours, we will consider all reasonable requests for refunds on a case-by-case basis.

What you are paying for.

The price paid includes access to the test preparation program only. Any free content we offer our customers (i.e. ToonTorials, Games, Cheat Sheets, etc) are offered without warranty.

Required Internet Connection.

A great advantage of our learning system is that you can access our exam preparation materials from virtually any location with Internet Access (work, home, etc.). Of course, customers should be aware that an active Internet connection must be present to access the content. Site content cannot be downloaded to a computer for later use, nor can it be saved to a disk for later use. Though we do everything we can to ensure our site is always available.

Use of website by minors

The Website and Services offered are not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen. By accessing and using the Website and Services, you represent and warrant that you are eighteen years of age or older.

Limitation of Liability.

Billing Issues

LearnAppraising.com sells access to our content for a given time period for a one time fee. We do not participate in recurring billing, therefore when your membership expires you will not be charged again.
